Is there a washer/dryer on site?

No, there is not a washer or dryer on site. Tenants take their laundry home as needed.

Are utilities included @ Signature Salons?

Utilities like Trash, Water, and Electric are currently included in the monthly rent. However there is a small monthly fee for Internet.

What are the lease lengths?

Signature Salons offers 3-6 month leases at $600 a month or 12 month leases at $500 a month.

Is Signature Salons Smoke Friendly?

No, Signature Salons does not permit smoking in the building.

What floor plans are available, and what are the price ranges?

Signature Salons offers 8 unique suites at a flat rate dependant on the length of the lease.

Is there space to store extra product and materials?

Yes, there are a couple closets on the main floor and a basement available to store extra items.

How much income do I need to rent?

A good rule of thumb is to make sure you have 2x the rent amount outside of your other expenses like mortgage/rent of where you live.
